Interest starts at : Prime + 2%
Lanlord(s) / Seller(s) covers basic insurance and property taxes, water and sewage.
Tenant(s) / Buyer(s) are responsible for maintenance, utilities(electrical, heating, cable, internet, etc.), insurance on personal goods, etc.
Property Sale Price is determined at the beginning of the contract.
